- wymianę siłowni, tak aby okręt mógł osiągnąć 34w.,
- wymianę głównej artylerii na 12 dział 280mm (w trzydziałowych wieżach, takich jak dla „wielkich krążowników”)...
Siadłem do rysunków i mi wyszło, że średnica barbet wież brytyjskich 2x343 mm i niemieckich 3x283 mm wynosi około 2 metry na korzyść Niemców. Mówię oczywiście o średnicach zewnętrznych, bo nie mam danych dla średnic bieżni łożyskowych wież.
Wychodzi więc na to, że na Tigerze należałoby wymienić barbety na większe. Tylko nie wiem czy warta skórka za wyprawkę...
