Moje ptanie z innego forum:
There were many merchant vessels purchased and chartered by the Royal Navy and Royal Army in 1810s and perhaps earler.
I have only found by some ships that they were sold as toopships, but no any lists. LLoyds mentioned many vesels with Voyages "Lo.Tran." or "Lo.Trans", which mean transporship form London.
For example LRS 1812:
Brunswick ship 480t built Nwestl 1795 owner Penton& Co 10-18pdr carronades
Brunton ship 243 built Danish owner Abbs& Co 4-3pdr
Brutus Ship 262t built Hull 1810 owned S.Mann 6-18pdr
Francis & Elitza Ship 286t built NYork 1807 owned Capt & Co (Williams) 6-18pds
Little Frederic ship 209 built Sweden owner Mannings
Tartar ship 330t built Perth 1798 owned Robertson 8-18pdr Carronades
Trent brig 249t built Gnsbr' 1811 owned Clark & Sn 6-12pdr Carronades
there are more as 100 in LRS 1812
Unfortunately I was not able to find any lists of British transportships , perhaps somebody could help.

An examination of 340 skeletons from three 18th and 19th century
Royal Navy graveyards found that a "surprisingly high" proportion
suffered from scurvy and infected wounds. The bones, excavated from
sites in Greenwich, Gosport and Plymouth, also found that more than
six per cent of sailors in Nelson's navy, were amputees, many of whom
died as a result of operations that went wrong.
But despite uncovering evidence of syphilis, ulcers, serious tooth
infections and possible malaria among the remains of the seamen,
researchers said evidence indicated that only a minority came from
the lowest rung of the social ladder....
